Media and File Formats
Preferred method of file transfer:
FTP (File Transfer Protocol), You Send It (www.yousendit.com), or Email
Please email leanne (at) fluidkoncepts.com for FTP information.
Include the following details with all FTP, YouSendIt and Email file transfers:
- Method of file transfer (specify: FTP, You Send IT, Email, or other)
- Name of advertiser
- Name of designer and/or agency
- Contact email and number for designer and/or agency
Preferred File Formats
PDF-X 1/a, Adobe CS2 Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop.
Acclimate magazine and FluidKoncepts Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for files prepared incorrectly.
General Requirements
All images provided should be final, color corrected, high resolution (300ppi) CMYK files. Please convert all RGB images and spot colors to CMYK. All fonts should be outlined or included with original artwork. All linked images should be embedded or included with original artwork. PSD, TIF, EPS, or AI file types recommended. Hi-res images should not be scaled more than 115% to maintain image quality.
Production Reminders
- Ads created in an unacceptable format cannot be accepted and will need to be resubmitted or recreated.
- All ads submitted should be suitable to print as is. Acclimate and FluidKoncepts Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for any errors in content.
- If files are prepared improperly and mechanical requirements are not met, Acclimate and FluidKoncepts Co., Ltd. cannot guarantee accurate reproduction of the ad.
